Garvi Industrial, we specialise in the progressive and transfer stamping of metal components. We transform raw metal material into high precision parts and assemblies, mainly for the automotive sector. We control every stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring quality, efficiency and total traceability for our customers.
We work with a wide range of metal materials, adapting to the technical requirements of each project:
- Steel:
- High carbon content.
- Annealed (+LC)
- With rolling hardness (+CR)
- Martensitic hardening (+QT)
- Bainitic hardening
- Low carbon content:
- Hot rolled – Pickling
- Cold rolled
- Continuous hot dip coating. Galvanised.
- Electrogalvanised
- Tin plating
- High carbon content.
- Stainless steel:
- Austenitic stainless (304, 316..)
- Ferritic stainless steel (430)
- Martensitic Stainless Steel (410,420)
- Nickel Alloy:
- Inconel 600
- Aluminium:
- Aluminium 3XXX series (AW3003)
- Aluminium 5XXX Series (AW5754)
- Copper :
- CU-ETP
- Brass
Our process starts with coils of raw material, which are fed directly into automatic presses for transformation by cold stamping. We perform the insertion of screws, nuts, pins and customised inserts automatically, in die. We are flexible and if volumes are low, this insertion is carried out manually.
We also manufacture threaded parts in die at high speed. This requires perfectly designed and adjusted tooling and threaders. We also have a screw welding station.
We accompany our customers from the initial design phase. Our technical department is closely involved in the development of functional prototypes (prototype parts/prototype tooling) before launching into series production.
All our operations are supported by a certified quality management system (IATF16949/ ISO9001 / ISO14001), with dimensional and functional checks at every stage of the process. This guarantees that each component delivered meets the most demanding market standards.
At Garvi Industrial, we don’t just manufacture metal parts: we create tailored technical solutions.
